I used Ms Bargen years ago and she was very honest and helpful. I was shocked to see bad reviews. They also always help me when I’ve missed deadlines on paperwork and faxed to probate court without question and it is zero percent their job.
I got a speeding ticket and called her office as a new client. Tracy the receptionist is super sweet, funny and always helpful. I called the day of court after court had started 5 minutes before and Tracy said she would get me a continued. There office is amazing!
All about the money. And very manipulative just tells you what you want to hear . She don’t care about what’s in the best interest of children . I would not recommend for a GAL .
Do not get her as a guardian at litem she will pick one side or the other and it sure will not be the grandparents I would not use her again for anyting
She has fixed tickets for us and also did our wills. She is very thorough and professional!
