I feel so blessed to have the people and the service of America family law helping me get through this tough period of my life. I want to give my deepest gratitude for Julisa for helping me through the first step in my case. She was very thoughtful and patient with me thank you for everything. I see a lot of people complaining about 500 dollars. I don’t understand how people think that they don’t have to do anything. I understand that I have to do my work in getting the foot work done I just need a professional to show me how to get it done.

Don’t waste your time or money. Retain a lawyer on your own without this company. I paid $550 to get my children’s passports & the person I consulted with told me to talk to the kid’s dad AFTER I had already given them my money & he agreed to sign the papers. When I called back to get my refund they basically told me tough luck! I just found out that we can write the Texas bar association and not only report the company, but report these attorneys! This place is unprofessional and unethical, and we should start a class action lawsuit against them

I was given this number by the courthouse downtown so I trusted they were legit. You will get calls all the time and they promise your case is a simple one and it should not take a long time to get it resolved. Once they take your $500, they might call you and get paperwork from you, after that, you never hear from them. They have your number saved, so when you call them, your call gets ignored. I called with another number and the call went in right away, but they couldn't give me any information because I was calling from a different number. I realized then that this is a legal scam, and I'm guessing someone in the courthouse is helping them spread this scam.

If anyone wants to have a class action lawsuit for scamming people, let me know. I paid them 550 to represent me in court.. yeah that's not going to happen. When asked if they would refund me the money for no services rendered, they refused since the provided me a "service" which is a lie... they provided nothing but a Lawyer telling me she couldn't help me and would have a manager call me to decide what to do next..... it's all a big scam .. RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN I still want my refund I hope the IRS takes your "nonprofit" status away so you can officially be exposed as the scammers you are.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! Every single lawyer I spoke with except for ONE, was HORRIBLE! As if they hate their job and are NOT forthcoming or helpful with the information about the divorce process. As if I had to know what questions to ask and what to do. You have to book 2 weeks out for a phone appointment and they only guarantee a call between 8am and 5pm. Pam was the only helpful person. Unfortunately, I can’t afford to get another lawyer at this time so I’m stuck with these people. When I booked my appointment 2 weeks ago, I told the booking person I had a medical appointment in the afternoon and she said, it was okay, the lawyer would call me in the morning. When I got a text the morning of, I reiterated that I had a medical appointment and would be unable to answer during 1pm and 3pm. The lawyer called at 2pm. When I called back at 2:30pm after my medical appointment, the booking lady made it seem as though I would still get a call same day and if I didn’t, to call her back. When I called back, someone else told me I had to rebook for 2 weeks time! You truly get what you pay for! I’m not sure how they have 4 stars! You’re better off trying to do your research online, they are useless! And save up for a decent law office. STAY AWAY!
