Phone calls are not returned. After two weeks of waiting for a response, I decided to follow up AGAIN. I called at 10:30 on Friday and my call was answered by a recording indicating that if I wanted to speak with the answering service, I should press 1. I did so and received another message saying 'no one is available to take your call right now'. If you are looking for good customer service, I would look elsewhere.
