My experience with the Anastopoulo law firm had some good and bad. I first want to say that my experience with my client service manager Oneste was amazing. From our first conversation she laid out everything as to what to expect and the process of my case. She was very responsive and never left me without an answer to my questions. She was amazing!! As far as my experience with other lines of communication, I was not pleased!! This case started in March, and I did not know who my attorney was until I was being contacted for settlement, which was the end of July beginning of August. I felt i should have been in contact with an attorney long before then because a lot of specific questions I had as it pertains to my specific situation were not answered until, in my opinion, it was too late. These were questions that needed an answer straight from the attorney and not through my client experience manager. Would I ever use this law firm again.....NO! It's because of the communication between the legal professionals and not Onesté. I want to make that very clear.

I am really glad I chose Anastopoulo Law Firm my case manger Onest'e Sabb was the best answering any questions I had and stopping the insurance company that was being sued from harassing me, she always communicate with me. Don't scream call Akem you will not be disappointed.
