Never called back. Every conversation I had with them was initiated by me. Then they would not call back and then I would call With them saying they have had a lot of staffing changes and I was sent to someone who changed jobs. This happened twice. At free contacting them a third time they stated someone would be in touch, but within 15 minutes I had received an email that stated they couldn’t help me because my incident happened over three years ago, I then responded by calling back in and letting them know my incident happened 16 months ago and they stated someone would reach out (again). And (again) no one has been in contact. Edit Update 12/10/2021: After responding to their request below they ignored it until I finally called in directly. They stated they misunderstood the timing and would reach out after reviewing. After they declined to reach out again I called back in. They stated that I was right that it was still in the statute of limitations but have decided not to do business with me. I asked why and they stated that they didn't need to provide an answer. I assume it was the review.
