It took a few months to settle my case but it was worth waiting for because I was very pleased with the outcome.

I highly recommend this firm great staff. I spoke with Cecilia she was so nice and very professional I actually called as they were getting ready to close and she took the time to talk to me and looked up my information, she explained the process and told me what I needed to do; I had my paperwork within the hour the next week I was sent information via email notifying me that my case had been dismissed. Started off a little confusing but Ms. Anderson did give me a call and was very pleasant in explaining the process to me.

Do NOT use this firm!! What a HUGE scam. I ended up paying more than what my citation was once I paid their fee. Ridiculous. They should at least refund the difference. I will be filing a complaint with the court over this. NEVER pay a lawyer for a traffic ticket. They don't care what you end up paying as long as you get their big fee out of it. "Oh we got you a 60 day deferment. GEE thanks I could have done that by going to court AND I could have paid it out. A BIG FRAUD!!!

Very satisfied! I went in on a Friday and by the next Friday on of the ladies Cecilia I believe called to tell me my warrant had been lifted and my ticket was being dismissed! Will definitely recommend!
