This was all very professional and streamlined to keep it simple and understandable. You only get one chance to make a great first impression and your receptionist is cold, unfriendly, and rude. I would consider finding someone else with an outstanding personality and some customer service skills to represent you. As for Attorney Anderson personally, loved his friendly on hold message that he recorded himself. Your receptionist does NOT represent you well and needs to read HOW TO WIN FRIENDS AND INFLUENCE PEOPLE! I call a lot of offices in the real estate-foreclosure space and know what a quality receptionist sounds like. You can do better, Mr. Anderson!
