***Update: I forgot to mention the difference between a title abstract and a title search. Many closing agents in Tallahassee only do the title abstract. Buyers expect the more involved title search, and AGF provides that. It is a buyer's expense and getting it right is crucial. These guys get it right. End of update *** I'm a Realtor and have closed at many places in Tallahassee. When working with a title agent, I'm always looking for communication, knowledge, and friendliness. This place knocks it out of the park for all three. Josh Givens takes the time to walk you through every page you sign. He is patient and answers any questions you may have. His staff is just as excellent. When a seller buys immediately after selling their home, there's a lot on the line and things can go sideways easy. This team will have your back. They will communicate with whoever they need to in order to make it as easy on the customer as possible. I highly recommend these guys!!

I tried buying a house twice and understood paying for escrow but the second time I paid it was 3 times more from the first time. Due to a timeshare taken advantage of me as well I couldn’t get a loan for the house and lost a total of $4,000 paying escrow to this company. Was eager to take my money and no one communicated to me why this happened. I was just told this is how it works.
I've closed three properties with Justin Givens at Anderson Givens Fredericks, and they have all been great experiences. AGF is very thorough and does an amazing job with the entire real estate closing process.
