Horrifying. I just started going two months ago. almost $270.00 bill (after insurance kicked in $20.00) for a physical therapist appointment that was under an hour after insurance. I left with three exercises and a rubber band. They divide the appointment into three increments so they and charge double and triple.nn Then my assigned doctor opens up my arm for a cyst then realizes it isn't what he thought and sews me back up. The Bill came today for $875.13 after insurance and I still have this lump and now there are white stitches growing out of my arm that were used to close the lump under the skin. I have to find someone else to fix this because I do not trust the doctors at Group Health/Kaiser Permanente. nnWhat they call member services is nothing but transfers, taking complaints that go nowhere and in the end being told "Well the coding is correct" and then they say "It goes toward your $7,000.00 deductible" in a cheery voice. I feel completely screwed over by Kaiser Permanente in less than two months. This while I am stuck paying them 355.00 a month insurance the rest of the year or be penalized on my tax return.nnThey seem to have the perfect racket going when the insurance company and the hospital are one and the same.Like I said above...Horrifying
