I am Andrew Weaver, the attorney. I am writing this because I do not know the person who left the derogatory comment about me, and I have never represented a person by the name or Justin Scurlock, either in a traffic matter or other. I do not relish turning down business, or clients, but there are times when a person comes across as so difficult and bellicose that I feel I must decline my services. This may have been the case with the individual leaving the prior negative comment.

Called the attorney with a simple case to get dismissed. The lawyer halfway listened to the facts. He didn't offer any assurance and hung the phone up on me. One of the worst experiences I've had with an attorney who wants to collect money for his services. I would strongly recommend a different attorney in Emporia.
