Worse experience of the month. Car wasn't ready when we arrived, then once the customer brought it back they didn't leave the key, so we had to wait all day. Once everything was good, my boyfriend didn't have his license but had a picture of it, and we couldn't get anything. So we won't do business here, we live over an hour away, and my bf was in an accident so he is hurt and on crutches, it's not easy to get around. I had my license, but since he was paying they wouldn't do it. We had an appointment that we missed to drop his truck off for repair, but that's our problem not theirs obviously. Worst experience ever. I might open a car rental place just to get all their business.

Had a nightmare with this company. First I was charged a $20 fuel option that I specifically told the person I did not want. Next there was 24 hours of stress and difficulty with returning the rental over the weekend due to no offices open in my area. Spoke with several different ppl. One who was no help at all. The other who assured me I would not be charged for the extra day since there were no options to return the vehicle. SHE WAS WRONG! I was charged.. I had to wind up trading the vehicle in Austin due to needing more space. I had a HUGE load of things I was carrying back home with me from out of town (including a mattress and several boxes and bags) I was not offered and did not expect any help in transferring my things into the next vehicle. Until a man came up and wanted to rent the vehicle I was moving my things from. I was then "helped" (not by my request) to move the remainder of my things in a very hurried and stressful manner. I somehow misplaced over $60 during this transition. To be clear, I DO NOT THINK the money was stolen. It was just misplaced. Either forgotten in the old rental, or dropped during the moving of everything, or forgotten in the second rental. Since I was also rushed through that at the local office when picking up my car. The only redeeming factor was that the manager called me after I left the Nacogdoches office, and did an adjustment to my bill to take off the extra days I was being charged. I would only recommend this place if you have no other option. The vehicles were nice. But the hassle and the extra expenses, were not worth it.

Not very helpful was not told you had to have proof of address my sister is homeless living in a hotel no utility bill in her name and she was trying to get to me. She had reserved the car and the day she went to get it she found this out. The price on line was a little over 400.00 then when getting there to pick it up they double the price to 800.00 Now we have no way to get her. Thanks a lot Enterprise want be calling you again. :(

I was scheduled for 3:30. Got in early and was placed in a rental right away. These are the best people to get a loaner/ rental car from. They have done service for us a few times. Thank You very much for your service. MILEY
