Amazing emergency services. They update you as frequently as possible about where your pet is in queue and they communicate efficiently via email and phone call. We appreciated how they genuinely cared about our dog and were considerate about our financial needs. We really appreciated their support and expertise

Our lab impaled himself on a barrel of spikes (manure spreader) ripping a 5x5 in his hole in his side. We couldn't close it due to infection (horse hair, manure, pine needles) and had to change bandages daily, then every other day, then 3x a week, etc. This went on for months. I chose to solely work with these vets due to their compassion and attention to detail. They were so positive and encouraging and our dog eventually healed. I am always grateful to them. Outstanding! The care our cat received was wonderful, attentive and loving, thank you Dr. Reminga! We didn't have to wait long, honestly I don't understand the complaints about waiting, if it were their animal being treated, I doubt they'd appreciate the staff dropping everything so the latest arrival didn't need to wait, be real people! While there an elderly cat was brought in to be put down, it was in obvious agony, and we completely understood the doctors were needed immediately, the compassion here is fantastic. The facility is state of the art, clean, and accommodating for visiting hours and waiting room.

Hands down Kelci McKeirnan is the best veterinarian we've ever had. She cares deeply about the pets well being and is very informative and answers all your questions. In addition, the staff is very kind and helpful! Great experience 10/10 would recommend. (Most importantly our dog had no problem going back for his check up and was happy to go back!)

Our animals only require an emergency visit on holidays, so that's when I found my way in to AES. They had at least another 12 walk-ins along with their scheduled appointments, prioritized appropriately, were professional, compassionate, made sure everyone was addressed AND were heard calling to check wait times at other nearby offices so we could be given options. I waited, and am glad I did. Thank you, from me and from the small dog.
