Very bad experience. They had no experience with mediation or handling case with one person having a lawyer. Only ever said this be different if she had attorney. Wouldn't recommend to anyone at any point.

I had an amazing experience with Stan and Deb(his receptionist) my bankruptcy was quick and painless and I appreciate everything they did for me. Very informative and gave simple instructions.

I had called to inquire about services provided by the firm. 'Deb' answered my call and attempted to assist me with my inquiry, however when I had additional questions about the information she'd provided she muted the call and left it silenced for over 30 seconds. When she came back on the line she was shocked and stated, "Oh, you're still there?". She was not very informative nor customer/client friendly. She alone has stopped me from utilizing this 'less expensive' firm.
