Ann M. Credle, P.A.

I seem to struggle trying to put how amazing of a lawyer Ann Credle is into words. She is a truly exceptional lawyer, and I am beyond grateful to have her represent me through one of the most frustrating and serious times of my life. Ensuring my daughter is going to be safe and well cared for is my top priority, and Ms. Credle takes that just as seriously as I do. A former Durham County Child Custody Judge, who is a friend of my family’s, gave me her name when I went to him for advice when issues started to get out of hand, and I believe this was the best referral I’ve ever received. Ms. Credle is professional, very knowledgeable about custody laws, and compassionate towards the difficult situations that I have to deal with. She will be straight forward about possible outcomes, even if it’s not what you want to hear, or if she’s not sure, which is something I always value. Ms. Credle has even gone above and beyond by making herself available in her personal time during an urgent time for me when she had no obligation to do so, and I can’t express just how much I truly appreciate her for that. Again, I don’t know if there are enough words to relay how much I appreciate and value Ms. Credle for everything she has done to help me, but I would strongly recommend Ann Credle to anyone who is having to go through Child Custody Court!

Ms. Credle is very pleasant, skilled, bright, and competent. In late July 2013, she replaced an attorney who left a bit of a mess when she unexpectedly retired while I was attempting accomplishment, via mediation, of an "equitable settlement" following a relatively hostile divorce. Ms. Credle very quickly reviewed hundreds of pages of documents and presented a plan that seemed potentially acceptable and fair to both my ex-wife and me. Unfortunately, my ex-wife's attorneys seem intent on maximizing income by prolonging this negotiation and perhaps, dragging their feet until we land in court. However, Ms. Credle's efforts have generated positive progress and I am confident that this matter will be resolved expeditiously, within the next few months. In sum, Ms. Credle is a superb attorney whom I can enthusiastically and unreservedly recommend to you.
