We are SO happy that we found Ann for our real estate transaction. So many of these relationships are a chance affair but we got lucky. I had Anne do a few real estate transactions for me and she did fine. My complaint is we sat with her to put a Will together for us. She took notes and all our information and then she disappeared. Our calls were not returned when we tried to find out what was going on and what the hold up was . The will was never done. It was bazaar.

Ann has helped us through several home purchases, and refinancing. We are always last minute. Thankfully Ann has always been there for us. Jon and Laura Taber
