My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with the attorneys at The Law Offices of Ann-Margaret Carrozza for several times over the last five years. He came to them after doing a search for elder-care lawyers in our area. My husband had a consultation with Ann-Margaret to review his elderly mother’s situation and needs, and then retained the firm for all the legal work—a power of attorney, will, health care proxy, and estate planning services. This past autumn, we retained them for all the same services for ourselves. We’ve worked with Debra Kruper and Maureen Wynne throughout this period. They are exceptionally professional, thorough, and generous with time and advice. That would be sufficient reason to retain this woman-owned law firm, but they also possess a rare quality of empathy and generosity of spirit. Whenever a home visit was necessary to get papers signed, they came to Mom’s or our home. If we needed an extra witness, they provided one. Whenever we had a question, or needed help sorting out a thorny situation, they were always available by phone or email or in person. The small fee my husband paid for the initial consultation (which was deducted in full from all the legal work we did) was a big and valuable investment in Mom’s security and in our own. We’ve been extremely happy with their services over the last five years. I know that we have done well by the next generation of our family by retaining lawyers who are not just really good at their jobs and fierce, committed defenders of our interests, but are also good, honest people with generous hearts and compassion (as well as street smarts). If I could give them a million stars, I would.

I heard Ann Margaret Carrozza speak at my church and at a number of other events geared towards older adults. She was patient, used simple ways to explain complex matters and kind. She gave of her time generously. When we decided to work with her on our my mother's estate, we knew we made the right choice. We met the rest of the staff, including Christine Sammaratino and found them to be well informed and always available. When the difficult time came to settle the estate, it was handled professionally and efficiently and with a great deal of compassion.

My family and I have hired the Law Offices of Ann-Margaret Carrozza for our estate planning several times before and now for assistance in applying for Medicaid for my mother. As a real estate broker, I understand, appreciate,  and expect a high level of service. Ann-Margaret Carrozza, Mary Aumuller, Lisa Scalise, and staff exceeded my expectations. I will continue to highly recommend the Law Offices of Ann-Margaret Carrozza to my friends, family, and clients for anyone who needs Elder Care and Estate Planning. Thank you, Ann-Margaret Carrozza!

My father went to the law offices of Ann Carrozza about 2 1/2 years ago for his estate planning. During that period of time Debra Kruper was extremely helpful with answering questions and assisting the family. Due to my Dad's passing what could have put added stress at a very emotional time was a very easy process. I would highly recommend this law firm for all estate planning.

Ms. Carrozza assisted my parents with their estate planning back in 2012. We recently had an appointment with her to review some concerns my parents had and she answered our questions adequately. She's extremely knowledgeable about elder law. We appreciated that she did not charge a fee for this follow up meeting.
