I was referred to Ms. Bergen because someone had a good experience with her. However, despite leaving 3 messages with my phone number and e-mail within a 4-week time span I never received a returned call or an e-mail. I'm sure someone else's experience will be different. I guess she was the right attorney for me but at the wrong time, but Laura Wellen at Dinsmore was fantastic.

My Fiance has this lawyer and she is absolutely by far the worst at communicating with people. .My fiance has been trying for over a month to get a hold of her and she obviously had more important things going on. Says she's going to show up at his court hearings and says she's has "other" case's I don't understand why he's paying her for a job that's she's NOT doing. Never again!!!

*!!THE BEST!!* She's compassionate, tell it like it is, very confident but not at all arrogant, she is a strong, caring, very professional woman unlike any other lawyer I have ever met! She can be a Bull Dog when she needs to be, and offer counsel and a kleenex too! She is Amazing!

U don't hate it. I just believe un good old fashion customer service. I called this place to ask a question about a case that I believe I need an attorney for. I have money to pay, I'm not looking for free service I just wanted to ask questions before making a decision. The receptionist took my name and number and I have yet to receive a response. Thanks for the opportunity to help me!!!
