No communication. Everything was planned for the 28th to close. I'm moving to another state and I'm a single mom to 2 children. I pay thousands of dollars to move quickly because the buyer wants to do this fast. I had EVERYTHING packed and ready to go. NOTHING. Never showed or called. He told me that I will be sued if I deny the extension that they asked. He dropped the ball and to not get sued, he tried to lie and manipulate me. I couldn't believe what he was saying. He dropped the ball. Also, this man was trying to say that I have 2 mortgages on my house. He's a dummy because HE is the one that closed my house 5 years ago. He thinks that he is cocky. Thankfully, I was able to put him in his place. He couldn't believe it: Like I said Matt, do your job or move over for other attorneys to do it. Horrible
