Gunda kept my life together! I reached out to her because my I485 was denied. Gunda listened with empathy & confidently went to bat for me. She got my case reopened & APPROVED as well as filed my DACA to get me back to work ASAP. I knew when I saw her wall full of awards, certificates & accomplishments that this lady was the juice. I recommend her to anyone needing legal assistance with immigration issues.
Gunda made our immigration dreams a reality. When I first met Gunda, we had already seen 4 other immigration attorneys without any hope. Gunda found us a road to documentation and stayed with us on it. After years of hard work, costs, paperwork, and so much waiting, we finally have a green card.
There was a lack of full legal advice and professional review of the application (I-130) before it is to be submitted to the U.S.C.I.S. I had to hire another lawyer to prepare an amended I-130 that was submitted during my interview. Below is a list of some of the mistakes and evidence that proves the lack professionalism and the genuine full legal advice. It shows a clear violation of the binding attorneys' ethical and legal obligations: - My first name was spelled wrong on the cover letter multiple times -They failed to mention a critical law citation in the cover letter (Stating the law citation INA 245E3 to overcome the hurdle of INA 204G) -Failed to mention my wife's address history in the i-130 application, despite the fact that the version we wrote together and I reviewed through the protected system did have that included. -My wife's ex-husband's name was spelled wrong on the I-130 application, despite the fact that the version we wrote together and I reviewed through your system did have the right spelling. Plus the Cover letter had the right spelling too. -The birth country of My wife's parents wasn't written fully. -They failed to include the certificate of naturalization details on thei-130, despite the fact that they also had a copy of it as a reference. -My email was written wrong on page 6 of the I-130 application. -They, knowingly, answered items 62.a, b, and c, on the I-130, saying that I don't need to submit an adjustment of status application when legally know I need to submit one. -On page 9 of the I-130, they failed to include the petitioner day phone number, part 6 - item 3. Someone from the office actually added an ink mark that just looked weird on a legal document and might've jeopardized the credibility of my application. A simple review of the application could have eliminated all of this! I trusted your knowledge and process and you've failed to deliver!
The Brost law team was very helpful with the process, Gunda knows everything that you need, also Emsada. They were both professional and friendly. Highly recommend!!
Brost Law firm did a very excellent job with our immigration process until the very end. All the staffs are really friendly. The fee is also nominal. Would highly recommend.
