If I could rate them negative 100, I would! They charged me essentially $20,000 for 2 letters. And they never had to leave their desk. They didn't do their job the first time and then they had to redo it late and charged me a HUGE FEE!!!! Never, ever, ever again! And their staff is NASTY! Please find someone else that would be reasonable.
