My name is Stevenson Williams and they gave my settlement money over to another entity that goes by Archer Systems which is still holding the remaining amount after 4 different law firms that helped Arnold and Itkin with my resperidal case which was in the amount of 88 thousand dollars. I only received 40 of that money. This Archer company isn't even registered with the better Business bureau so why did they give my money to them in the first place. Every lawyer has been paid but I'm being told that I have to wait another 2 years for the other amount because no one was paid yet. They are giving me the run around and something fraudulent is definitely going on. I have filed complaints with FBI, contacted my attorney generals office and the better Business bureau. Something has to be done because they are ripping people off and sitting on our money. This law firm still hasn't contacted me back concerning Archer Systems. I will be filling a complaint against Arnold and Itkin as well. It's ridiculous I already waited over 10 years for this settlement and is still continuing to wait.

Arnold & Itkin is a top-of-the-line Law Firm. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my case. Everyone is so professional and accommodating to their clients. I feel that they handle business with extreme care and their employees always seem so happy!

If I could put zero stars I would. My boyfriend hired Arnold and atkin to take his personal injury case and his lawyer Sam took the case, he was so nice in the beginning and in the end he lied about the money he was supposed to get. Sam and some other lawyers that my boyfriend didn't even hire ended up getting more money than my boyfriend did for his injury and now my boyfriend has to suffer from a dislocated disc for the rest of his life and can't afford to pay his medications. These lawyers lie and only care about themselves and the money, they don't care about their clients they are crooked lawyers. My boyfriend waited 3 years and they got more money from his case than he did. My boyfriend has flash backs from the injury and has been through so much, he lost his apartment, his vehicle, because he couldn't work anymore because of his injury and was practically homeless for a while because he was going from house to house he lost his job also due to the injury because he couldn't work anymore. My boyfriend had signed for a certain amount of money and never got it, he never got the full amount of money they owed him, the lawyers got more money from his personal injury case than my boyfriend did. What they did was wrong!!! Sam and the other lawyers involved you will reap what you sow!!! Trust and believe that!!! Karma will get to you for screwing over my boyfriend. I do not recommend this law firm at all!!! You will get robbed.
