I don't even want to give a star... they say i owe on a cable bill. I called the cable place, and they said I'm in good standing with them. They told me i had a zero balance. These people got this on my credit, and my score dropped down to 621, saying I owe 717.oo dollars. I'm so upset ???? I called the lady trying to read her script when I'm asking for an address to send the zero balance statement... she's yelling, "You won't let me talk. i let her talk she goes on to say, "So how do you want to pay a check or credit card i said, and neither i have a zero balance. Where can I send the paperwork!! I knew it was a scam when they kept calling from different numbers... I didn't answer but called them when I saw my credit score drop so far down...someone needs to take them down before someone falls for this scam.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM. DO NOT dive them your CREDIT/DEBIT CARD information EVER!!! The night I gave them mine I had a dozen charged! THANK GOD my banks FRAUD. DEPARTMENT caught it and called me. They DENIDED all charges. Heaven was watching over me. ?? ????

This is a scam. Sent me a letter saying I owed a hospital bill. Called the hospital, they said my bill had been paid in full. My husband got a call today from them. Same song and dance…. bill has been paid in full. They wanted to know his place of employment, he told them no. Then they asked for mine, once again he told them no. They tried to pressure him into paying the bill. He refused. They’re calling him back next week for payment. ????

Scam. Will put a mystery charge on your card and when you call to dispute they will just pass you around from department to department while evading your questions. They sent me to one department at a time to "check" at each individual office if they can find my charge, but couldn't give me a list of departments or even answer in a clear answer HOW MANY departments there are? Finally I got an email address which was just a way to get rid of me, as all my emails were ignored. This company probably makes a fortune off of charging just low enough ($22 in my case) that you will eventually give up and pay them after many hours of wasting your time. Despicable

If no stars were an option they would get no stars. I called the 800 # to pay a debt. No one answers. I've been on hold over one hour. If you call the client line they tell you to go online and pay. If you go on line to pay it requires a reference # I don't have a reference # because I never received Any invoice from them. The city of Chicago just gave me the 800 # this is a scam and a total waste of time. I will not pay until I get a legitimate invoice and a paid receipt or conformation # they are a racket and a rip off. Please report them to better business bureau and and other government agency the over sees debt collection.
