Very Rude! He may be knowledgeable, but the rudeness is ridiculous. I forgot to call him back to cancel and this man was very rude, although I apologized to him. He told me something that a court attorney told him, which was very unprofessional and untrue. In which I will be filing a complaint about. Unethical and unprofessional. He may get the job done, but, he need to listen and stop being so rude.
