Amazing place with the best lawyers except for the receptionist who always seems to answer the phone. I had never met or talked to someone so unprofessional, so rude when I was doing my business there. I would’ve referred to so many friends but I had one called and she was very rude to her that they’re finding somewhere else. I personally will no longer be doing my business here that receptionist needs to go!!

My wife (Bolivian) and I (American) decided to change law firms to Rios Immigration during our I-130 application process. Our case was difficult in that, including my wife, there were 2 children involved all with multi nationality issues. Also, it is my second marriage, as well as hers. The amount of paperwork was monumental, all of which was CORRECTLY processed. Yesterday, she and kids had their consular interview in Bolivia. She was told "everyone knows about this case and no one wants to handle this interview because it is so complicated". After a few minutes (while deciphering her computer screen), she said "ohhh.. your attorney did a very good job. Everything is very organized". She was quickly moved to the formal interview while other applicants were denied or delayed at this point. The hard work by Rios Immigration was immediately recognized. Rios was without a doubt the best decision we made. After 2 years in the process (to the month), she passed her interview with no issues at all. Out of approx 16 applicants (spouse/family) she and 2 others were awarded their visas. Everyone else got hung up on paperwork before they were even allowed into the formal questioning session. Why choose Rios Immigration... Well, I can personally attest that the strategy recommended was absolutely correct. Maybe not what I wanted, as I was searching for a quicker solution; however; trust in the experience and expertise that the attorney recommends. It may be slower, it may be not what you believe is best for whatever reason, but, if the end goal is success, LISTEN to what they tell you and follow their instructions. If they tell you to dot an i, dot that i. Cross that t. Also- as I tried not to bother their office alot, when I called- I was connected to whoever I needed to speak with. When I emailed, it was responded to quickly. We were fortunate that they accepted our case. It goes without saying, I would recommend their office and services. Quite simply AMAZING. Thank You.

I made an appointment for my dad a month in advance. My dad doesn’t live in the country so he asked for an email confirmation of the appointment, which I call to try and get but they keep transferring me to other receptionists and they all inform me with attitude “we do not do email confirmations” but when we spoke to the lawyer directly via email, they said “call the receptionist and they will give you an email confirmation per request” I also asked that since neither I or my dad live in the state of Florida, if we could do a zoom call once immigration approved our petition and the receptionist says “we don’t do zoom appointment” then I ask if they could ask the lawyer directly since we are not close to the office and we do not have the money to be able to fly. Keep in mind that when we started this process they said will be flexible with us and were aware of our distance. Last time we spoke was a month ago and no one has gotten back to us about this. I would change my rating once these issues are fixed or at least addressed because as of right now I feel nothing but frustration and lack of resourcefulness from the people I have spoken too. To be perfectly clear, I am not asking to have things go my way, but I need solutions for my situation rather than “we don’t/can’t do this”

Great lawyers, highly recommended. However, the receptionist really rude and disrespectful and left a bad impression.
