Derek Asbury was my divorce attorney in 2008, he was empathetic and very professional. I was pleasantly surprised to meet an attorney who didn't try to pressure me into taking my ex to the cleaners or drag things out in court just so he could charge more money!! In the years since my divorce, my mom and 3 friends hired him to handle their divorces and my sister has hired him for multiple things. I still recommend Asbury Law Offices to EVERYBODY!!!!

They are ridiculous. 2 years after hiring him he comes back to us with an extremely high balance that we were under impression was paid and now they are taking my husband to court over it and threatening jail time. What a bunch of quacks!!!!
