The Good: I worked with Ashely to set up a trust, will and other estate documents. She was very diligent and meticulous about the requirements, took time to educate me on the process and the items, and delivered the documents in time. The bad: After delivering the documents I noticed a few things did not make sense. First I asked my house to be put under the trust, however when I search in town database, my name still shows up. I thought this would be fixed. I have emailed asking about this being fixed, and zero response. She wouldn’t even send me the original copies or a PDF version of the documents when I asked. I have emailed her numerous times and got no response at all. I paid a hefty price for the work and I honestly feel ripped off. Unless you are paying her, don’t expect even a response back. I thought she would be more professional. I would not work with her company again.

When my Mom passed in 2020, I became the last survivor in my biological family. It was an overwhelming time.
