I am extremely satisfied with the services provided on and outcome achieved for my case by Dan Good. Throughout his work on my case, Dan proved himself to be extremely knowledgeable, polite, and professional. He took the time to get to know the circumstances relevant to my case and to know me. Dan developed several strategies for my case and helped me decide on a course of action. Dan was easy to get in contact with. He took my calls when he could or promptly returned them if he was unavailable. Dan explained every step in the process and helped me feel comfortable with the legal system. In the end, Dan was able to achieve for me the best possible outcome that I could have hoped for. It’s definitely never something I would personally like to go through again, but I would highly recommend to another if they happen to find themselves in similar shoes I were in. They are very personable & genuinely seem to care about you & helping you get your best foot forward. & not simply just the cliché thing you hear when you hear people say they care. I really feel as though I were actually heard when I’m other instances I may not have been & I felt a motivation to just be my best me. & that alone is a nice feeling to have, but especially when you have someone who you are basically trusting with your life & where your path may go. From start to finish they are with you every step in the process from helping to explain what you're filling out, to questions about paperwork being sent by the SS agency, to questions you forgot to ask but just now thought of after the they've hung up the phone. Taylor Waller was prompt, polite, easy to talk to, patient and understanding, explaining what would happen before the trial, compassionate and empathetic during a panic attack I was having in the middle of the trial, and prompt in calling after to let me know what happens on each spectrum if you get a favorable or unfavorable decision.
