Attorney Ben Dean

I Recently had Mr. Ben Dean do some much needed Documents for me. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations. He is the most Professional, Thoughtful, Caring Attorney I have EVER had the pleasure of knowing. This Man cares about his clients. Springfield, Tn is truly blessed to have an Attorney like Benjamin Dean. I cannot thank him enough for what he did for me. God Bless you Mr. Dean and I wish you the very best in August. This gentleman's review could not of said it any better! Horrible lawyer. I could never get a hold of him. His secretary was a buffer between the two of us. She would tell me one thing then go to court and it would be completely. Also he was to busy running in a local election. Horrible firm! That said, he totally screwed me! He had to know of his intentions to run for local election before taking my case, and my money. After working well over a year on my Son's wrongful death law suite, he calls me, and said he has to drop the case, and essentially don't expect nothing! Just fold and walk away. That said, my Private Investigator had it all laid out for him on a Silver Platter, and he would not even work with him. Therefore, yeah, spent a ton of money on him, and the investigator, now all for naught. I contacted 4 other attorneys, but none would take the case due to the length of time that had elapsed. I strongly recommend you stay away from this guy! Totally worthless! Would be surprised if he wasn't paid off by the City to discontinue this case!

Ben Dean truly cares about his clients, he helped me at the end of my case and got everything dismissed and expunged. I asked him how much I owe him and he said nothing because he was already there dealing with other cases. I would definitely recommend Ben Dean to anyone looking for an amazing attorney!

I showed up to court without any representation. I felt lost and did not know what to do. The assistant DA mentioned that it would be best to have a lawyer. Mr. Dean offered to help without hesitation. He was very thorough and professional. He helped me get the best deal that was offered. I would suggest using his services for sure.
