If you've got money to give to an attourney who isn't afraid to spend his time on bluster this one is your guy!!! Disclaimer... I was on the receiving end. He was representing a client with whom I had done business this past summer. The business did not disclose their cost of services (mutual blame on this) so I was trying to negotiate with them, when that didn't work I asked for some time to sell the equipment I no longer needed. Instead of a response from the company, I received multiple emails from Attourney Foley accusing me of refusal to pay and threatening to put a lien on my property (not a big deal for a $900 item) if I don't pay in full immediately. I admit I had a great time and a few giggles with Attourney Foley...presumably at his clients expense. Attourney Foley was not concerned about writing me long emails at all hours of day and night and unless he has some deal with this client he spent way more than the $900 that was at stake. Bottom line I was able to counter offer and we came to an agreement but worth noting Attourney Foley agreed in an email that his client would sign a release of liablity for me but the client refused. I guess there isn't a lot of respect there. Fortunately I had a 3rd party present who noted the verbal agreement and exchange of payment.
