Atty General -- Child Support

If i could give them less then a star i would! The father of my chimd lives out of state.. i waited a year before i recieved anything.. id go into ask questions no answers theyd talk down to me. Last i heard from this office they were waiting on a paternity test. Ive been receiving payments already. U0001f602U0001f923 i get ahold of my daughters fathers case worker and theyve hands down been so helpful and informative (even though they ARENT my case worker!) Do yourself a favor and file somewhere else through a diffrenet office these people are NONE existent! Side note my daughters 3 i went into talk to the worker about paper work and the receptionist asked my daughter to stop moving the plastic chairs that are set out for the kids to play with!

They are truly making an effort bring down those father's who don't want to take care of their children.

A guy owed my wife $10,000 back child support she went in to sign the papers she was only going to get $80 a month they were going to get $300 a month threaten to take his license and send him to jail Mama declined it all it wasn't worth it for her only getting $80 a month and they getting 300

Trying to get this business on the phone is IMPOSSIBLE!!!! I've called a million times trying to press diff options and there's no way to get someone on the phone. I just have a simple question that's not being answered.

They are not there to help the father. They rarely give you any help to situate your case or information about your case. If you don't know what to ask for they will not recommend it.
