Very slow processing of cases ,it took them 2 months to just fill my petitions despite having all required documents ,out of reach most of time,rarely answer my emails ,head office employee is disrespectful, I had to follow everything myself as they simply don't care ! I went to office to get things done correctly and to remo e a burden off my shoulders but unfortunately they add to my burden! I don't recommend. Ofcourse I'm talking about work otherwise Angela is respectful .

All I can say is the staff is excellent the attorney wow goes out of her way big-time I love her to death

I never write a review but this time i absolutely had too! Jim Austin and Ericelda handled my case, everything was always very organized, clear, and precise. When you are dealing with immigration it can be very scary and confusing but they always always answered all my questions always sent me copies of what they sent immigration. I never felt unsure or uneasy of how they were handling my case. They gave me peace of mind in such a complicated and confusing process. I finally received my permanent residency and i couldn't be more thankful for how they handled my case. Thank you!
