A friend of mine had a 11AM appt.and didn't leave until 3PM! She only saw the actual dentist until 2:45PM and she didn't address her main issue at all. On top of that parking is not free or validated. Providers need to be respectful of "appointment times" and keep patients aware of any unusual delays. Also respect that patients are paying for parking. I was considering making an appointment but I'm glad they don't take my HMO dental insurance now because that was ridiculous.

I had an extremely unprofessional experience during my visit. The appointment was rushed, and Dr. Axam did not perform a cleaning and a list of everything "wrong". Instead, I was told I had multiple cavities—information that turned out to be false—only to be pressured into an unnecessary deep cleaning. Additionally, there was an aggressive attempt to upsell me on cleaning products I did not need. To make matters worse, there was no follow-up provided regarding the visit, despite multiple attempts to reach out. The lack of professionalism and transparency is disappointing. I would not recommend this practice even if I had one tooth remaining. I strongly advise against wasting your time here, as their practices are highly questionable.

My visit and experience at Axam Dental were awesome and rewarding . The office was spotless, the staff was very professional, and courteous. I would recommend this dental service to anyone! Thank you for your service.

I had a great experience at axam dentists. I had scheduled an appointment at the wrong dental office for my daughter by mistake. I went to axam dentists office thinking the appointment was with them. They were very understanding and still saw my daughter. Everyone's know that the office stays extemely busy. So, I really appreciate them for still seeing my daughter. ????

Having read other lower-star reviews, I find my experience accurately reflected in their comments. This was not an isolated incident but a pattern of unacceptable conduct and poor management. Their practices are questionable, and their approach to patient care is seriously lacking. I strongly advise potential patients to consider other dental providers who prioritize both professionalism and patient care.
