I retained Mr. McKinney in 2015 as my family Law attorney. My wife and I stopped the divorce to try and reconcile. It didn’t work and I ended up filing again and It’s now resolved. I didn’t hire Mr McKinney the second time but not because of lack confidence in his abilities but rather I was embarrassed. I’m not going in details but I would and do recommend him as your family law attorney. He charged me very little compared to two other law firms. His paralegal is top notch as well. He’s very knowledgeable and does a great job. Thanks Mitch and Selena. You guys are great.
From the moment we spoke to Mitch, I felt very taken care of. He had a thorough knowledge of my situation and a confidence in how to proceed that was comforting. On the day in court, Mitch had an assurance and confidence that clearly indicated he knew what was happening and what to do to get the desired outcome. As soon as he arrived, I felt immediately calmer, and he took over swiftly and assuredly. Within fifteen minutes, the case was concluded and the desired outcome was achieved. I did not understand the nuances of what happened, and as soon as was possible, he explained everything to me in a way that I could completely understand. Throughout the process, I felt taken cafe of by a very calm, confident, very competent professional. We are very grateful and will definitely use Mitch's services in the future.
Mr. McKinney was my attorney for my divorce a few years ago and was very professional. He cares about his clients and their families and fought to get the very best for my children and myself. Highly recommend!
I am a forensic accountant/expert witness who had the opportunity to work with Mitch on a complicated case that resulted in a jury trial in Forsyth County, Georgia. I very much enjoyed working with Mitch and his staff (Selena is great), appreciated his approach to working with me as an expert witness, and felt like he always had the client's best interest at heart. Mitch and his assistant were awesome in separating the facts from the emotions. Once we knew our case Mitch and Selena got right on the due diligence. Change of Alimony (Live in Lover) is a very difficult thing to prove, but we did it and the out come was acceptable by both parties. We ended up settling out of court with just a mediator. I cannot say enough of how I wish I had known Mitch when I was going through my divorce, I would have definitely used him. Mark Robinson
