I was in need of urgent legal assistance when I reached out to Greg. He sounded great on the phone, and I happily wired him him money. Unfortunately, he gave me wiring instructions to an international account without specifying this to me, so the wire bounced back to me, which I had to find out myself days later by checking my own bank activity. I was charged $45 by Greg's bank, not to mention $35 from my bank, for this mishap and was not offered any reimbursement by this firm for their lack of proper wiring instructions. Instead, I was offered to pay via debit card but would be charged additional processing fees. I agreed to this, but my bank flagged the charge as fraudulent, probably because the merchant isn't used to receiving larger debit card transactions. By this time, the need for Greg's services was in doubt as the other party in this "case" was temporarily unreachable. I was told that I would be assisted by Greg as soon as I could reach the other party. Once I did, I reached out to Greg numerous times via phone call and email over a period of numerous days. Finally, the secretary answered my call and told me Greg is no longer able to assist me until 2 weeks out at the soonest. This was extremely unprofessional and forced me to find other council in Albuquerque who could accommodate my urgent request. I would not want to engage this firm again and wouldn't recommend them to others.

Baca Law assisted with all our lease and will and testament needs and was very knowledgeable and reassuring during this confusing and difficult process. The Baca Law office is beautiful and peaceful and well-located, furthering a positive experience.

I called in for a basic paperwork research project less then 4 bill hours of work with the possibility of retaining this law office for future needs and waa told out right there too busy to take my case so good luck call back next year. Sad and disappointing to know there too big for the quick little pay checks
