Completed two real estate transactions this year with Jeff at Bacon Wilson. Great experience. Quick responses from Jeff and the team. Always felt well represented. Looking forward to continue working with Bacon Wilson on the next transactions.

I recently worked with attorney Julie Dialessi-Lafley and I am very thankful she was there through every step. She is an excellent attorney, and her intelligence along with her real world experience are exactly what difficult legal proceedings require. Five stars plus, in my very first google review.

I was referred to Attorney Darling for an IRS matter most foul. In a matter that was bad and going worse fast, Attorney Darling stepped in and turned my problem around in unexpectedly short order. Turned out the IRS made a massive mistake. He spotted it and made their case evaporate. I am pleased to have had his knowledge, experience, and effort working in my corner, I cannot express more strongly, my opinion of his work on my behalf. 10 Stars!

For over 20 years, I've been closing most all of my transactions for clients with the Bacon Wilson legal team. Every single deal -- with any attorney or paralegal -- I get patient, thorough, experienced, responsive work for my people. They make me look good every time and I can't adequately express the level of care and effort I get from their lawyers and staff. I have true gratitude Bacon Wilson has stood by me and my clients for any legal issue under the sun. Amy Heflin, Keller Williams Realty, Realtor since 1997

I wrote a review in 2016 originally shared on Yelp. However, they still lack competence and professionalism, given another interaction this week, so I thought a Google re-share was worth it. Summary: (1) My ex and I bought a house in 2013; they didn't adequately handle the transaction and shared private information from other clients with me, so and I posted a review sharing my experience. (2) When my ex and I split, they attempted to use my review against me in the property division proceedings. (2) TEN YEARS LATER, they discovered they charged us incorrectly and have money to return... The details: (1) My ex and I hired Bacon Wilson in 2013 for the purchase of our house. We never once met the attorney face to face; it was all emails with a paralegal. The house we purchased was down a private roadway. When I mentioned this to the attorney, he was concerned that we did not have a "right of way" on the deed, but did not seem to know how to pull one. I had to go to City Hall to pull the correct records for him. A couple of months after the sale was final, I began to receive other emails from a paralegal at the firm in error with other client's private information. I had to make several requests to take me off the communications. Although likely an honest mistake, I was privy to documents I shouldn't have been; I hope my information was not treated similarly. (2) My ex and I split about 2 years later; he hired them to represent him as we split the property. I received an email from my attorney one day stating that the opposing attorney (i.e. Bacon Wilson) requested I "stop posting negative reviews about her on the internet". I was a bit confused, I hadn't? My attorney clarified that the opposition mentioned what I posted on Yelp....over a year prior...reference to the very specific issue. To actively seek an internet review on your firm on an unrelated issue and attempt to use it in a case displays a lack of professionalism, pettiness, and a brashness I personally would not seek in legal counsel. (3) I received a letter in July 2023 stating the firm was audited, and it was found that my ex and I were owed funds from the sale of the property in 2013....a decade ago! Though I'm now the sole owner of the property, they indicated that the funds had to go to us jointly, did I know how to track my ex down? How do you make a budget mistake that you don't find for TEN YEARS? And no, it's your mistake, I'm not doing your job of tracking down someone I don't even like, to give money to...
