Update - Huge shout out of thanks and appreciation to John, I received a call back and he took the time to explain, and walk me through my options and helped to come up with a plan of action should I need one. Thank you again John! ***************************************************** A few months ago my father had a stroke and needed land/real estate removed out of his name, I contacted this lawyer group and at first was thrilled that they would be able to sort things out in the very short timeframe of a couple days before Medicaid reviewed his file for approval. At first they were very responsive however, once the payment had processed things started to go down hill. Not knowing anything about the process of land transfer I rushed down and got the paper work that my father need to sign and returned it to their offices as instructed, upon arriving they inform me that it needed to be notarized. No where in the conversation leading up to me traveling the 5 hours to reach my father and then their offices did they mention this. We got it notarized and oh man did the communication fall apart even more, emails, calls etc no reply to either and if they did it was very short responses as if I was bothering them! Fast forward to now I found out there may in fact be an issue with the land that was transferred I.e. the wrong land, tried for the past few months to reach them, left emails, and voicemails only to be told they are busy and will get back to me as of today almost 3 months later and still no response. Long story short if you need assistance with land transfer pick anyone else but this firm. Horrible customer service!

Was used by buyers for home purchase (I was seller). Did not complete paperwork on time and lied about date of payment posting. Extremely difficult to work with and basically not trustworthy. I’m sure the buyers had no clue what was going on but as a seller attempting to payoff a mortgage and get payment, it was very delayed and made for an extremely frustrating time. Very unhappy.

This auction was illegal on January 16,2016 the last administrator and owner was Pinkie Freeman Logan .The next heirs in line are Junious Lee Wynn Probate 1198-85 bonded in the state of Virginia. William H Palmer is also the administrator for Sturee Wright Palmer .William Wynn, Gordon Wynn are the true owners. This information is public knowledge listed in the Halifax Va Circuit Court. Document's and a Lis Pendence was filed in the court on 223.acre parcel,141,acre parcel,99 3/4 acre parcel ,taxes are not returned that our family has paid for Centuries .Land records of ownership and distribution have been entered in errors and omission. The Freeman Family has joined together to stop this kind of judicial impropriety. Timber was not included , mineral reservations ,which the chain of Bagwell are allegedly a part of .Railroad easement's .USDA pending disputes, Virginia Treasury funds were entered under the wrong names .Attorney are allowed to have privileged information and then this? Legal fees are being charged in the amount of $34,000.00 per year no itemized bill .How does a Trustee ,Attorney, ,Special commissioner serve all at one time? This is unheard of. Freeman Family
