Unresponsive. Doesn’t send settlement checks when promised. I had to follow up for months just to get my money. Little to no direction provided by anyone on my case. Do not recommend

I called to potentially schedule a consultation with them with my case. The gentlemen I spoke to asked me if I knew where the child live. I said no, we have not seen this child in 3 years I have no whereabouts about this child this is why I’m calling to get assistance. He said he cannot move forward with me if I didn’t know where the child lives so they can see what jurisdiction he’s in. How would most parent even know anything about their child’s living situation if we haven’t seen the child in over 3 years?? The other parent vanished. I have a whole child support case number and he refused to even try pulling the file up to look up the custodial parents information to get that answer himself. Horrible horrible horrible

A Second Follow up: I changed my 1 Star to 4 stars and here is why. On the evening of 12/4 I got a second call from Bailey & Galyen and this time it was K. Smith the Attorney in charge of my case. She told me that she accepts the responsibility of the lack of communication and wanted to make sure that I wanted to terminate services. I have to admit I was surprised by the call and the amount of genuine passion she has for people in my situation. She asked if she could sit in on the hearing, because at this point she had not notified the parties of the termination; I said yes and I'm glad I did. Mrs. Smith is like a Workers Comp Ninga! After the Insurance company made its case against me Mrs. Smith shredded their argument! Mrs. Smith asked for a side bar with me and when we came back it was like the insurance company was begging her to stop and that they would accept the original doctors ratings if she would stand down! I think at that point Everyone in that meeting was very happy with the outcome. If not for the initial lack of communication in the beginning My score would be 5 Stars. I can tell that Mrs. Smith is very passionate and knowledgeable about her profession. I'm glad she made the argument to me to let her help. I will definitely use her in the future. Thank you... My Initial Review 2 weeks ago: I'm still working with them, but so far not 1 call! I've gotten an email with information that I already had. I've called twice and the receptionist was nice and said that someone would reach out... still nothing! Also, I'm sure I'm being charged when I call even though I haven't gotten a single answer or 1 minute of time with a lawyer. I see they responded to these reviews, so maybe I will get a call? FOLLOW UP: Dear Owner, you responded to this review with a review? Why didn't you reach out with a call? Anyway, I started this process Oct 20th because I needed professional help. That was my initial attempt to reach out. Then I reached out with a phone call on November 1st, no response. I emailed November 2nd because I had a Zoom meeting and I did not have any communication on whether I was going to have representation with me. I did get a email back and K.5th emailed me stating that the hearing was cancelled. In that email chain I asked about another case I had ongoing, and once again silence. So I reached out a third time with a phone call and the receptionists said the Attorneys were in and Jessica would be calling back. Still nothing! I saw the reviews about the lack of communications and wrote mine in hopes of getting a call from someone at your office, but nope! I will admit I did get a call yesterday 12/4, but only after my Termination Of Service email, with all the usual response of contrition. I am a retired firefighter looking for help from your office and did not get any. If your sincere in asking what can be done, my answer is: Please refund all Attorney fees attached to my WC claim. Keep the fee's for the processing, because I did reach out and the receptionist were helpful. If you would like to discuss please call. I know now you have my number. Respectfully..

All I ever ask of anyone is to be frank/honest with me. That was exactly what Cody did for me. He was great at every aspect for me. I know I asked for reach questions and he reeled back in for what to expect and ever time he was spot on. This protected me from being blindsided. If anyone every needs a law froup, I would highly recommend Bailey & Galyen. If they can hit a home run in hiring Cody, I feel confident the rest of the staff is just as good.

Had the displeasure of meeting Genine Ware. She is rude, condescending and thinks she knows more than she does. She waste time, doesn't communicate and tried to pull one over on me and I already knew the law bc my mom is a retired paralegal who has worked with some very talented lawyers. When I challenged her on the issue she got mad and hateful.
