Wish I could give him zero stars. His wife took my case in November of 2020, said she would file in April, then he said he would be taking over my case. They took payments from me this whole time. He filed incorrectly in June and I had to email and call almost 2-3 times a week for months to get an update. Finally in February of 2022, he said he can no longer assist me. Wasted 14 months of my life, caused drama, caused me stress and anxiety. Wish I read his reviews before I started this nightmare.

This is by far one of my biggest mistakes. In addition to marrying a husband that abused me in every way possible. In beginning ok. After he collected $6000 I heard nothing no call no text all unanswered. My documents were never return. He has abused me financially adding more trauma to my already traumatized life.. He’s got no business knowledge nor ethics. I strongly believe Stephen Beard should not practice immigration Law nor any law as far as I am concerned …he’s totally clueless unprofessional

This is a horrible experience. I will never go back there or recommend it to anybody I started with this office in the beginning of 2019 trying to get help filing a petition to bring my husband to the United States. I paid thousands of dollars. At the beginning They seemed to be responding well but once they got their money they stopped responding appropriately to my messages, calls, and my emails. they don't even open the door for me when I go to the office. They left me in the wind and never gave me answers to my questions and finally they decided just to terminate the relationship without convincing reason. I definitely don't recommend this place to anyone.

Travelled from Minot to Fargo. He kept his appointment on time. Went through specifics of my case, and you can tell that Mr. Stephen Baird is knowledgeable and knows what he's doing. Worked with me when it came to payment, didn't have to travel again to Fargo. Returned my phone calls, my paperwork sent on time. I got my two year Green card, and I did use him again for my Ten Year Green Card. Give him your Immigration case, sit back, relax, and let him do his job. Thanks Mr. Baird.

Common crook, both me and a friend used him for immagration and service was slow and a disaster. He dont respond to messages, dont answer a phone and was no help at all. I wasted $3000 on him not to mention my traveling costs and time just to get rejected twice, because he messed up my paperwork. I eventualy found an unexpetienced lawer in minot and he got it right the first time. Dont take my word for this just google africa nightclub fargo news and see for yourself what a tipe of person he is. Quick to take money but runs away when its time to put in the work.
