The paralegals /staff were awesome . Can’t say enough about the professionalism, knowledgeable help provided . Vanessa communicated & explained processes expeditiously and never made it hard to ask for help with the process . Gabby was superb . She answered emails & questions immediately. If she didn’t know or have info immediately would get the answer & promptly reply . I often would receive a call to let me know information, forms , request were just emailed or forthcoming and explain what I needed to do before I even saw the emails . Attorney Sonya Kapp was wonderful during this difficult time in my life. She answered all of my questions and put me at ease during the whole process of my bankruptcy.
