Ken is by far one of the best attorneys I've ever had the priviledge of dealing with. I found myself in some trouble that I have never dealt with before and everything seemed pretty intimidating. Ken definitely made everything seem more calm and guided me through the process, what to expect and made everything awhole lot more bearable and easy. He was very transparent in what to expect, fees, length of time and every other aspect you can think of. He took care of me every step of the way, before, during and after, being always available when needed. We discussed different options in the case and came to the best desired result we could ask for. Best lawyer ever! Hired him on a major case where I was falsely accused. Ken got the whole thing dropped. Amazing Attorney. Worth every penny! Don't even think about another lawyer. This guy is the real deal!

The day I met Ken Padowitz I handed him a preliminary report from a Audio Forensic Specialist that indicated abnormalities in the audio evidence the state had. I explained to Ken that I heard two different versions of this audio. I didn't know the terminology then, but I told him exculpatory evidence had been removed.nnKen refused to speak to the forensic specialist, or allow him to do a final forensic report. Two years, and multiple requests both verbally and via email were ignored.nnWhile constantly reminding me of the jeopardy I was in, and that a felony conviction with a one year probation was possible; he repeatedly tried to convince me that I was "mistaken" about the audio evidence.nnI was forced to hire another attorney to get the audio analyzed and to hire a private investigator which Ken also refused to do.nnI went ahead and hired the forensic expert that wrote the preliminary report I gave Ken. Ken disappeared. He didn't attend a conference call to discuss the forensic report. Co council said he wasn't returning calls. He didn't return my calls or respond to my emails.nnFast forward, without Ken, a motion was filed and a judge threw out the recorded evidence after the same forensic expert that Ken ignored, demonstrated that 15 seconds of conversation were missing and portions of remaining conversations were now blank.nnThe judge then dismissed the felony charge. He then gave me a withheld of adjudication on the misdemeanor. No jail, no probation, and a sealed record.nnIf I did not hire additional attorneys to do Ken Padowitz job, there would have been no Forensic report, and I would have eventually been forced to accept a plea deal which would have resulted in a felony conviction.

Ken is an incredible lawyer! Never have I experienced such incredible professionalism and expertise. He is a true gladiator and I would trust no other attorney to represent me and my family. Thank you again!
