Reviews

Highly recommend Eric Pickar! We utilized Eric‘s services to finalize our sons Adoption. Eric and Katie, we’re both so kind and responsive and really put our mind at ease through the process they could not have made it any less complicating and we are so appreciative.
I would highly recommend Greg Erlandson to anyone looking for an attorney. Greg is very knowledgeable in several different areas of law and has a vast amount of experience as an attorney. Greg is professional, ethical, a great communicator and cares about his clients and the cases he takes on. Greg has helped me in the past in family matters and business matters and done an excellent job every time.
I am a construction contractor who sometimes needs legal documents drawn up or help retrieving payments from customers. I found Greg Erlandson to be the most professional, attentive and easiest to work with attorney imaginable. Sometimes a 5 minute question will turn in to 20 minutes because he is so easy to talk to and down to earth, our conversation will cover our kids and life in general. Not someone who just wants to bill his time and hit the golf course, Greg cares about what you need and will do everything in his power to help you out.
I would highly recommend Greg Erlandson to anyone in search of an attorney. Greg is attentive, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable . Greg focuses on the best interests of his clients and has strong family values; his professionalism is unmatched. Greg is wonderful to work with. You will be in great hands!
Bang McCullen represents an apartment complex in Rapid City, where I previously lived. For one thing, the lease from Bangs McCullen was rife with typos, broken cross-references, and inapplicable language (likely from older versions). For another, when I reached out to our leasing office for clarification on an unclear provision, the leasing office (understandably) reached out the Bangs McCullen for clarity. Bangs McCullen responded with hostility, did not clarify the issue with their language, and suggested that my lease office pursue me for attorneys' fees for daring to ask the question (which, to be clear, they did not do). They even offered to file a lawsuit. Maybe they respect you more if you're directly their client, but if you're a peripheral or opposite party, they'll raise the temperature in the room and invite disputes.
