Don't waste your time with this attorney. He couldn't be bothered to show up for the meeting we'd scheduled, and then his secretary kept sending my call to voicemail over and over when I tried to reschedule. I had my husband call from his phone and she picked up immediately. We scheduled another meeting, which he also no-showed. This attorney is a joke.

This is one of the most unprofessional firms I have dealt with. Missed appointments, promises to call back and the attitude of the office assistants is deplorable.

I came to Mr. Banks after the lawyer I had betrayed me. He charged me almost double what Mr. Banks eventually did, and promised me he would prove my innocence and prove that my rights had been violated. Swore to me he had my best interest at heart and that he wouldn't stop until justice was served. He tried to offer me up on several deals but I wouldn't accept, even though he was pressuring me into them. The prosecution kept continuing/stalling. I am a professional with government clearance so I couldn't afford a misdemeanor on my record, much less a felony. The final straw was when my lawyer called me crazy for not taking a deal that would have me admit guilt, even though I WASN'T GUILTY. I fired him and met Mr. Banks after seeing one of his commercials. He was beyond professional and he empathized so much with what I was going through. Screaming at the top of your lungs that you're innocent and no one hearing you is very frustrating but he was there for me when most weren't. He eventually got all my charges dismissed. Because of Mr. Banks I was able to prove my innocence and keep my name clear. Which allows me to continue to provide for my family and be a thriving member of society. I owe my livelihood to Mr. Banks and I would trust him with my life ANYTIME. Thank you again Mr. Banks if you ever read these things.

Mifa Oliver responded to my request via email for an appointment with a lawyer at Banks and associates law firm. I then had to call into the office to confirm the appointment with Ms. Mifa Oliver. She unfortunately rushed the conversation, interrupted my sentences and was all over the place during the call with confirming the appointment time and didn't make me feel like a valuable potential client. I ultimately was able to find out my answer to my legal question through my company's legal benefit and decided to cancel my appointment with banks and associates.
