T. Scott Jones made our entire process as effortless and worry-free as it could have possibly been. He’s simultaneously firm and personable, and you know the information he’s providing you is well-researched. Very thankful to have found him through word of mouth, as many people I’m acquainted with in the Knoxville area had nothing but good things to say about him and his practice.

I wouldn't recommend Chris Beavers for anything big at least. Maybe he is good for fender benders and handling insurance claims but he is not good against any big dogs. As someone else said , "feels like a dead end marriage". He did not fight for my son. We wish we had had a different attorney!

The passing of a family member is always a traumatic and emotional time. Especially when there are estranged siblings. My mother gained her angel wings following a fierce battle with lung cancer.. Mr Hickey & Banks and Jones have been life savers. They have helped me navigate threw all the processes. There has not been a resolve at this time, but I can rest assured that my attorney has my absolute best interest.in mind. Mr Hickey went above and beyond the call of duty and I will be forever grateful! I know my mother would appreciate her wishes be carried out with dignity and respect.
