Barbara Jarvis PA

I called Barbara Jarvis last Wednesday and left a message. I have yet to receive a call back as of the Monday ... then I called her office this morning and the receptionist got mad at me for being irritated because no one called back. He promptly hung up on me. The receptionists need a little more training it seems ... snarkey and rude.

In the midst of waiting for my hearing date I had to move from another state to New Mexico. I contacted Ms Jarvis' office to change attorneys. She was rude and didn't want to take my case as it was too much work for her. She made statements such as she wouldn't be able to get my medical records from another state. What?! The original atty had no issues getting my records from another state?! She is just lazy and rude!

Barbara is the most knowledgeable, experienced, and respected disability lawyer in New Mexico. While my case is still on going, it is a pleasure to work with her and her team and I am looking forward to a positive outcome soon.

The law firm was not accepting any new clients at the time I called but referred me to another firm which then referred me to the firm I'm using now so overall, despite the zig zags, I'm being taken care of.

I called and got her voicemail to contact two recommended lawyers and neither of them helped with the SSI case!
