Stacey is a lifesaver! She stands up for the little guy and goes above and beyond. I had a tremendous number of problems with a car dealership after buying a used car; they did not file for my registration or title for over 3 months, almost leaving me without a way to drive to work after moving to a new state. The managers would never take my calls, so I started looking for legal help. Well, so many firms turned me away because it was a small case, but Stacy didn't! In fact, she personally scheduled a phone call with me in the morning the very next day. She actively listened to my story and afterwards suggested a number of smart ideas that I could pursue myself. She also offered to officially help me at a reduced rate if those options didn't work. Thankfully, those options she provided helped me get the matter resolved shortly after that, but Stacy helped me so much by making me feel I had help and empowering me to fix my problem. I'd trust her again in a heartbeat if I ever have another matter that needs help.
Bank of America credit card wrongfully reported to credit agency for a delinquency. I tried to pay them for 8 month, and hundred of hours lost, literally. After calling many firms I was referred to Stacy. She took the call, kindly explained every step, with compassion and without charging me a fee. She suggested me to ask the bank to save the conversations for litigation purpose. She quickly identified the issue is customer service but not reporting itself. My case was already escalated to government agencies and executives at Bank of America. The executive initially was disrespectful. The bank insisted the reporting was not wrongful, and they did not mention the calls I made. But after taking the steps Stacy had told me, in few hours, Bank of America removed the wrong reporting. Their executive called, same person, very nice attitude, like I am talking to someone else. Insisting this will be resolved to my satisfactory. I had reached out to other attorneys before but they were not able to provide the advice Stacy gave me, mainly because they did not know. Stacy's commitment to make a difference is Amazing! If we had more attorneys like Stacy, the world is a better place for sure!
I strongly recommend Bardo Law; Stacy is unquestionably among the top lawyers in the Chicagoland area! Very professional! Her credentials and engagements demonstrate her unrivaled expertise in protecting the interests of consumers. Stacy was available the entire time and even after my case to assist me in navigating the circumstances I was in. She is prompt in responding to your requests, sympathetic to your requirements, candid and forthright in her work, concisely clarifies everything, and is tenacious in protecting your rights with no reservations. Given the potential consequences of hiring a lawyer only on the basis of pricing, it is evident that Stacy’s knowledge and skill, is what makes her a terrific attorney!
I have worked with Stacy Bardo on several cases. She is smart, hard-working, conscientious, and compassionate. She goes the extra mile to achieve the best possible results for her clients. She is not afraid of a fight, and will gladly go to the mat for consumers that have been wronged by the financial industry. Highly recommended!
