Very pleasant experience. We knew it was past time for an estate plan. I guess we've delayed for several reasons one of which we had know children and our siblings are all fairly well to do. The reality is having a trust will simplify closure for all involved. We found the firm to be through and thoughtful overall easy to understand. Our Estate Plan includes revocable living trust, medical directives, powers of attorney, etc. Including easy to understand forms for all necessary information for closure. Once the trust is completed there will be questions that arise, they're more than happy to answer all the questions that may come up for us and our successors when the time comes. We would highly recommend there services.

Funny how an illness makes someone realize that they may have left many things undone. I have been battling cancer and things not been heading in the right direction. I stated to my brother in law that since Nevada is a community property state and since everything is in our both mine and wife’s names, that I haven’t written a will. My brother in law set me straight by reminding me that I have a daughter and setting up a proper estate is the only way to protect what assets we have for our daughter.
