Defendant was initially charged with felony burglary as the definition of burglary is written in MO. Barney Naioti was able to persuade prosecution to a misdemeanor SIS with the defendant taking a semester of 10 college credits and paying approximately 70% of the restitution for damages charged to defendant and codefendant.
