Just want to say that Barry was so helpful and such kindness in handling a guardianship issue I had for my grandson. He handled every thing with the court so I only had to appear only once. Barry is bar-none one of the best people I know. I met him over twenty years ago. He was my teacher when I obtained my paralegal degree. He has handled all of my family law cases ever since, and I always get a good result in court. Barry was highly recommended to us for a custody case, and we retained his services a year and a half ago. Barry made himself available for our many questions along the way, and was quick to find answers for us (quickest answers came by text vs email). Though his office visibly reflects how busy he is (appeared a little cluttered with case files), we weren’t put off by it in the least. In fact, we put our full trust in Barry and were very pleased with the result. Barry is not one to sugar-coat words, and we appreciated that. Not long before trial, Barry discussed a Supreme Court ruling that had only come down two weeks prior, which showed that he keeps informed on the changes in policy and practice as it relates to custody law.
