Divorce is hard and emotionally draining. I am very grateful that I had MR. Bays and his amazing staff leading the way through this difficult process. Their vast knowledge and years of experience are immediately noticeable. They're compassionate and understanding. I knew from the very first meeting that my case was in good hands. MR. Bays was persistent in advocating for my child and working out parenting time. I felt that every appointment I had was very productive and informative. My questions and concerns were quickly addressed. My phone calls and emails were responded to in a timely manner.

I have got to say this is the unfriendliest, unprofessional law firm or business for that matter. The paralegal Debbie says she will do something and then never does. I called many times for Debbie and the front desk person Sheryl would say, let me see if she is available and then come back to the phone saying she is in a meeting, or she is not there, etc. After four phone calls getting the runaround, I finally stopped in to see Debbie, and of course, Debbie was in a meeting. Which I knew was a lie when only two cars were outside and two people, Debbie and Cheryl were inside. I have been lied to so many times by Debbie and Cheryl. I Would STAY AWAY from this law firm. Debbie does not have the Decency to do what she said she would do or the decency to say she is not going to do it. Again save yourself a headache and your money and do not use this Firm. UPDATE TO THEIR RESPONSE: My ex-husband even called them to tell them to do the paperwork, and they still haven't. I gave Debbie my ex-husbands phone # so that she could call him and get his permission the first time I dropped off the paperwork. I asked my Ex husband if they ever called and he said no so I asked him if he would call and he did. We had an amicable divorce and are friends, so there is no animosity between him and I. I NEVER trespassed, that is ANOTHER LIE! I went there to talk to Debbie, and since she did not have the decency to come out and see me, I did yell to her so she could hear me. Sheryl said you need to leave and I did. I do not take kindly to being lied to and getting the runaround. If she were not going to finish the job she said she would do, then she should have told me that. Instead, she LIED and said she would do it. Debbie has no integrity. Just look at the other reviews. Thye support exactly what I said.

Mr. Bays has represented a few friends and co workers and those cases were all wins. With that being said, I knew I needed him and our experience was great. Randy had a gameplan and he was aggressive in court during our hearing. He didnt let down and showed the facts and told it like it is. I was granted sole custody of my son after 10 years. The staff was delightful to speak with, the communication was good and they always put my mind to ease when I needed to speak with someone. I would highly recommend Randy Bays and his team, and I will definitely always trust them like everyone else I know does. You guys rock!
