I made the proper appointment and respected Mr. William Bean's time. I always had great respect for him. He, however, later blew off my appointment. When I respectfully rescheduled at a later time he told me my issues were not his specialty. I felt, based on his yawns throughout my 10 minutes with him, that I was a waste of his time. Thank God he didn't charge me. If that had happened I would have lost every bit of respect I ever had for him. Kindness goes a long way, Mr. William Bean. I'm sad I had to experience you this way.
This is an attorney's office, not a coffee shop. The receptionist seemed very helpful, but was not able to offer any form of caffeinated beverage to us. Our search continues!
